The Principal Product Manager - Technical will drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of a core domain within a next-generation, AI-powered platform. This role provides single-threaded ownership over critical product areas, collaborating across engineering, AI/ML, research, and design to deliver scalable, intelligent solutions. You will define data models, system architecture, APIs, and observability layers while integrating AI capabilities to enhance personalization, semantic search, and classification. The position requires deep technical fluency, customer focus, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. By setting vision, success metrics, and leading cross-functional initiatives, you will shape a zero-to-one system that impacts how users discover, interpret, and interact with complex information. This is an opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on technical product management in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. \n Accountabilities: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical technical domain within the platform Define data models, technical architecture, APIs, and system components to enable extensible, scalable solutions Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate capabilities such as semantic search, classification, and LLM-powered assistants Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to validate use cases, pain points, and iterate toward product-market fit Write PRFAQs, technical narratives, and documentation to align leadership and accelerate high-judgment decisions Define success metrics, build telemetry strategies, and drive experimentation to inform continuous improvement Mentor team members, set quality standards, and elevate organizational product capabilities Requirements: 7+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in technical or platform product roles Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience Proven experience shipping 0→2 products or scaling platform capabilities in ambiguous, high-accountability settings Strong technical fluency to meaningfully contribute to architecture, API design, and system trade-offs Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence VP- and SVP-level stakeholders Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, design, research, and data science Customer-focused with experience driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes Preferred: experience with AI/ML-powered products, RAG, entity extraction, knowledge graph design, enterprise data platforms, or B2B SaaS solutions Benefits: Total annual compensation between $190,000–$220,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and variable pay 15 vacation days, 12 company-paid holidays, 6 paid sick days, 2 floating holidays, and 1 volunteer day Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company match (3% on first 6% of contributions) Company-paid short-term disability and parental leave Opportunities for professional growth and career development within a globally respected brand \n Why Apply Through Jobgether? Responsibilities
